Main features:

•  Using 2835 led chip, high brighteness. Using lens to protect led chip, and can resist corrosion by acids-bases, vulcanize, and don’t worry for operation miss to cause defective. The lens can protect the led chip perfectly to achieve waterproof.

• Beam angle is 160°. Due to the large beam angle, the sign can be average lighting when the thickness no less than 4cm. For example, we can use one line strip when the width of sign no more than 15cm, and we can use 3 lines strip when the width of sign is 50cm. Strip is twice higher brightness than the module.

• It is very convenient for install, very conveninet for different design of the signage, as it can be cut one by one and can be connect by soldering.

• In order to extand the lifespan of led, there is aluminum in the back of strip to help more effectively heat dissipation.

Attention:

• With standard high quality and output DC24V of switching power supply and use the rated power of 75%.

• Using the solder iron and tin weld the connector lug, with Heat-Shrinkable T bush fixed, then with 3m waterproof electrical tape for waterproof processing.

• Keeping the lines within 3 meters between the end of the power output and the strip .

• Prohibit Wiring short circuit in Plus-n-Minus,prohibit using other voltage except the rated voltage of our strip.

• In order to aviod interal power line fatigue damage, please do not making strip in continuous distortion. Please ensure the safety precaution when using it in outdoor and indoor, please aviod fire, electric shock and personal injury.

• If you need custom length, please cut it in where there have soldering spot. After cut the strip, please using insulating glue to aviod burning orsafety accident(Supplier will not responsible for this loss). We are not recommended client cut the strip by self, you can advise us the length that you want.
